2.2 Release has a lot in store for sales teams. For Inside Sales teams, lead conversion is very crucial. It becomes a pain if your lead files are placed under the wrong record or not carried over to your opportunity, account and/ or contact. With 2.2 Release, admins will have the power to set lead file conversions to be moved over to contact files, account files, opportunity files, all of them, some of them or none of them. It will be a simple configuration.

Once your lead is converted to an opportunity, sales and sales operations need to collaborate on files. 2.2 Release makes that process very fluid with chatter mentions take users directly into the file itself to help teams to carry on the conversation.

Selling requires document management and S-Drive continues to help simplify the selling process with better document management features.
